| Sales Tax | Only Florida state residents are subject to sales tax. Florida residents will incur a 6% sales tax, and Miami-Dade residents will incur an additional 1%.
| Payment | We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, cashier’s or bank checks and personal checks. Transfers and checks must clear before the item is delivered. Please contact us at hello@lunamerchant.com for instructions for payments other than by credit card or PayPal.
| Privacy | Privacy is important to us at Luna Merchant, so we value your trust with our access to the personal information you provide. Your information will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order or request, including but not limited to: communicating with you regarding an order, a request for further information, receiving our newsletter if you have made a purchase or opted-in, sharing your information with necessary shipping companies, e.g. Our website may contain links to third-party websites and by clicking on said links you are leaving www.LunaMerchant.com and are responsible for reviewing their privacy policies regarding your information. | Disclaimer | At Luna Merchant, we do our best to accurately provide information on any piece listed or purchased on our website. All of our pieces are diligently inspected and tested for their quality and value. It is important to note, however, that antique and vintage items are inherently fragile, after generations of wear and tear commensurate with age. Likewise, some materials are more fragile than others and should be considered before being worn. If you have any questions regarding wearability, or how to best clean or repair your item, please reach out to us at hello@lunamerchant.com. We will do our best to promptly and accurately answer your concern.
| Returns + Refunds | We gladly accept returns. The request for return must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Returned item(s) will only be refunded if returned in exact condition as purchased, without damage, repairs, or resizing. Eligible returns will be fully refunded within 7 business days after we receive the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, including sending the item fully insured to prevent exposure in the event of damage or loss. Luna Merchant is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit by any third-party shipping company, and is not required to offer a refund for said item damaged or lost in transit by any third-party shipping company.
As previously disclosed, items sold by Luna Merchant are antique or vintage and described for their wearability and fragility. Therefore we cannot warranty our pieces against damage from wear and tear. However, if you believe that a piece was inaccurately described or incur any problems with your purchase within the first month, please send the piece to us for evaluation. If we deem the issue to have been preventable on behalf of Luna Merchant, you will be fully refunded or we will discuss repairing the piece. If we deem the issue to be on behalf of the purchaser, including but not limited to negligence or wear and tear, Luna Merchant is not required to refund or repair said purchase.
